Order processing
Orders for in-stock items are fulfilled within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped. Please note that delays can occur after a package leaves our hands — high carrier volume, weather, and other circumstances outside our control can affect transit times.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and type of item, along with your delivery address. The total will be shown before you complete your order.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. At this time we ship only within the continental United States — Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes are not currently supported. We hope to expand in future and will update this page when we do.
In-store pickup
We do not currently offer in-store pickup.
Lead times for made-to-order or low-stock pieces
A small number of our pieces are made to order or replenished in limited batches. Where that's the case, the estimated lead time is shown on the product page. We update those estimates as often as we can, but production can be affected by factors outside our control. If the lead time changes meaningfully after you've placed an order, we'll get in touch by email so you can decide how you'd like to proceed.
Lead times are separate from shipping times — they describe how long it takes to make or restock the piece, not how long it takes to reach your door once it ships.
Tracking and delivery
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking as delivery becomes imminent — most lost-package issues we see come from packages marked "delivered" but not collected from a porch or mailroom in a timely way. If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first, then write to us at and we'll do what we can to help.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not able to redirect packages once a label has been generated, and we cannot replace orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout. If you spot a mistake right after placing an order, write to us at and we'll do our best to correct it before the package leaves us.
Damaged or incorrect items on arrival
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment, but breakage and mis-picks do happen occasionally. Please open and inspect your order soon after it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Damage or incorrect-item claims received after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
