The Acacia Honey is delicate and floral with a hint of vanilla in the finish. Smooth and bright, we especially enjoy it paired with fresh ricotta, MitiCaña® de Oveja, or VerdeCapra®. Brothers Fabrizio and Pierpaolo have been tending bees and collecting honey as for over 20 years. Their hobby morphed into a successful business when friends urged them to sell the honey. Their honey is extracted using centrifugal force, for a voluptuous texture that maintains the integrity of each plant's signature flavor.
