This handmade stoneware coffee mug is made by hand in a local ceramic studio. It holds 10 ounces and goes in the dishwasher.
Stoneware gives the mug weight and warmth in your hand. The colour runs consistent on the outside, with a glaze that feels smooth against your lip. It works for hot coffee, iced coffee, or anything else you want to drink slowly.
The Coffee Tumbler by Misewell is made by hand in Milwaukee. Four glazes are available: White Matte, Blue, Pink Matte, and Yellow. Each is hand-applied, so slight variations appear from piece to piece.
Use it as your daily morning mug. Or buy a pair in different glazes for visitors who stay for breakfast.

Does it keep coffee warm longer than a thin ceramic?
Yes — stoneware is denser than standard mug ceramic, which means it holds temperature better. Your coffee stays warm measurably longer, which is the main reason to spend more on a handmade mug.
Is it really dishwasher safe?
Yes. The high-temperature firing makes stoneware resistant to dishwasher chipping, unlike some hand-glazed pieces that warn against the dishwasher. Daily use is easy.
Will 10 ounces be enough?
It's a standard coffee-cup size — about right for a full morning cup without being oversized. If you drink larger mugs of tea or a big latte, look at the 12oz Scotty mug instead.
Is it microwave safe?
Stoneware with the glazes Misewell uses is generally microwave-safe for short reheats, but heating for long periods can stress any handmade ceramic. Short bursts fine; avoid long microwave cooking.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. Below that threshold, live rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Made-to-order and pre-order pieces carry their own lead times, noted on the product page. Please note lead times do not include transit. Delays due to carrier volume or weather are outside our control.
