Fleur Raffia Placemat — Handmade Natural Floral Design
Fleur raffia placemats in a warm natural colorway — hand-crocheted floral detailing on a 14" round raffia base, handmade by women artisans in Madagascar. Each one is slightly unique because each one is woven by hand.
The natural palette pairs with any dinnerware — white ceramics, blue stoneware, rustic wood. Summer dinners, garden lunches, Sunday brunch — the fleur design brings a quiet, floral detail without committing to a single season.
Product Details:
Handcrafted by women artisans in Madagascar using traditional hand-crochet techniques on natural raffia palm fiber.
- Dimensions: 14" diameter
- Shape: Round
- Design: Hand-crocheted floral (fleur) pattern in natural color
- Material: 100% natural raffia palm
- Care: Wipe clean only
- Sold as: Single, Set of 2, Set of 4, or Set of 6
Why Raffia?
Raffia palm fiber is naturally durable, biodegradable, and holds its shape without the plastic feel of machine-made alternatives. Hand-crochet means every floral detail is slightly different — small natural variations are part of the handmade character, not a defect.
