- — Chrome-glazed rippled stoneware cone
- — 10.5 inches wide, 8 inches tall
- — E12 LED socket, max 40W equivalent
- — Bulb sold separately, UL Listed
The Ripple Conical Sconce is a chrome conical ceramic sconce from Misewell's Ripple collection, shaped as a horizontal cone with the rippled surface running along its length. Built around an E12 LED socket.
The form moves outward from the wall. A cone of rippled stoneware, dipped in chrome glaze that follows the contour, throwing reflected light along the wall as it tapers. The result reads more like a sculpture than a fixture.
Handcrafted in Misewell's Milwaukee ceramics studio. The sconce measures 10.5 inches wide by 8 inches tall by 5.5 inches deep, weight 2 pounds. Socket is E12 LED rated at 40W equivalent maximum, bulb sold separately. Materials are stoneware. UL listed. Lead time runs 3–6 weeks.
Mount it as a wall accent in a powder room or hallway where its form does most of the work. The conical projection (5.5 inches off the wall) makes it a piece you see from across the room, not a quiet add-on.

How does it differ from the Ripple Bowl Sconce?
The Bowl Sconce is 12 inches across and disc-shaped; the Conical is 10.5 inches wide and projects outward in a tapered cone. The Bowl gives back-wash light against the wall; the Conical sends light along its own length. Different sculptural read.
What bulb do I need?
An E12 LED rated 40W equivalent or less. E12 is the small candelabra base, the same size you find in chandeliers. Misewell ships the sconce without a bulb. Pick a clear or frosted bulb in 2700K to match Misewell's warm-light palette.
Hardwire only?
Yes. This version is hardwire only. There is no plug-in option for the Ripple Conical Sconce. Install requires a junction box in the wall behind the mount.
How far does it stick out?
Five and a half inches at its deepest point. That's more projection than most sconces, so plan the location accordingly. Leave a foot of clearance for anyone walking past it.
Will the chrome glaze chip?
Stoneware-with-glaze is durable but not indestructible. A direct knock against a hard edge could chip the glaze. Mount it above touching height and the only thing that ever touches it is dust.
In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 5–7 business days (excluding holidays). Shipping is via UPS within the continental United States — we do not offer international shipping or in-store pickup at this time.
