Designed and handcrafted in the USA. The lamp measures 10 inches wide by 5 inches deep by 8 inches tall and weighs 2 pounds. Socket is E12 LED at 50W equivalent, bulb sold separately. The 10-foot fabric cord includes an in-line dimmer. Materials are stoneware. UL listed. Lead time runs 5–7 weeks.

Does a bulb come with it?
No. The lamp ships without a bulb. You need an E12 LED rated at 50W equivalent or less. A warm 2700K bulb suits the Dune glaze best; pick a dimmable bulb if you want the full range of the in-line dimmer.
Where does an 8-inch-tall lamp actually work?
Nightstands shorter than queen-bed-mattress height, low credenzas, console tables paired with seated areas, or as a second accent lamp on a desk. Skip it for a standard 30-inch console where a 20-inch-tall lamp would look correct.
Is it dimmable out of the box?
Yes. The 10-foot fabric cord has an in-line dimmer switch, so you adjust the brightness on the cord itself, not at the wall. The bulb you choose needs to be dimmable to use the full range.
How heavy is the base?
Two pounds. That's stable for the size. The lamp is wider than it is tall, so its footprint does most of the work. But it isn't a counterweight against a tugged cord. Route the cord behind furniture if you can.
Why only one color?
Dune is the standalone glaze for this shape. If you want a different color on a similar low form, Misewell does take custom glaze requests on their handmade pieces, but expect a longer lead time.
