This happy yellow freesia blooms with single, yellow fragrant flowers along delicately arching bright green stems that are equally at home in the garden or in a cut flower arrangement.
Grow Freesias as perennials outdoors in zones 9 and above. (Plant in fall.) Gardeners in cooler climates can also enjoy the gorgeous fragrance of these beautiful flowers. Just plant the bulbs in containers or in the ground in spring in zones 8 and lower.
Flower stalks will grow to be 18 to 24 inches tall. Plant in full sun (a bit of afternoon shade is fine) in well-drained soil.
