The ruby-red Koppius Peony blooms sooner than many other flowers in the Peony family. With their full magenta blooms, it’s easy to see why these Peonies cannot wait to bloom any later than they do. Each petal is delicately ruffled with a strong delightful fragrance. The Koppius Peony grows well in medium moisture, well-draining soil, and plenty of water for active growth. Otherwise they prove to be very reliable and will grace your garden every summer. They're native from East Asia and are even winter hardy, so they are truly the full package.
