The Ceylon base is astringent, and a dash of milk softens that edge enough to let the subtler plum notes show. Drunk plain, the tang tends to dominate.

The blend uses pineapple, pear pieces, blackberry and lime leaves alongside natural organic-compliant flavours to build the plum character. There is no plum fruit listed in the ingredients.
Is it very sweet?
It reads as sweet and juicy, but the acidity in the plum note and the astringency of the Ceylon keep it from tasting like a dessert tea. It is more tangy than sugary.
What else is in the blend?
