The Funnel is a tapered funnel planter made from 98% plant-based bioplastic and wood fibers, by Modernized Pottery.
A wide opening tapers to a narrower base — the inverse of a typical pot. The funnel form draws the eye downward and gives the plant room to breathe at the top.
2 sizes (8 Inches, 10 Inches), 9 colorways.
Pairs naturally with bushy plants that fill the wide opening — small ferns, herbs, baby pothos. Set on a desk or shelf where the taper is visible.

The planter is made from 98% plant-based materials — a blend of bioplastic and wood fibers — produced by Modernized Pottery. It is not a traditional ceramic or pottery piece despite the brand name.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes — the planter is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. As with any planter, bring it inside before a hard freeze.
Does it have drainage holes?
The maker has not stated drainage hole specs for this piece. Use a saucer underneath or pot a separate nursery pot inside the planter so excess water can be drained.
