Since 1880, Laguiole Jean Néron has carried forward the tradition of French cutlery making, guided by the same family for five generations. 100% made in France, each piece reflects the enduring skills of the Midi-Pyrénées, where the Laguiole craft first took shape.
Inspired by the pocketknives used by French shepherds over 200 years ago, each knife handle bears the hallmark bee, a symbol of the Laguiole region and of hard work, diligence, and community dating back to Napoleonic times. The blade runs through the entirety of the handle, ensuring balance, durability, and strength that stand as hallmarks of French craftsmanship.
Each cheese tool is designed for a specific type of cheese, ensuring the best cutting, slicing, and serving experience. Perfect for building customized sets or as stand-alone pieces for specialty service.
