The Double Planter is a single ceramic vessel with two chambers. One piece holds two plants side by side. It's made by hand in Misewell's ceramic studio.
The two chambers let you group pairings that thrive together. A succulent beside a cactus. Herbs of different kinds. Or two cuttings you're watching grow. The shared vessel creates a visual connection between whatever you plant.
Each Double Planter by Misewell is made by hand in the Milwaukee ceramic studio. It measures 10 inches wide, 4 inches deep, and 5 inches high. Two glazes are available: Dune or Black. Hand-applied, so slight variations appear piece to piece.
Use it on a windowsill for two herbs. Or on a bookshelf for a small-plant pairing you want to show off.

What pairings work best in it?
Plants with similar water needs — a pair of succulents, two different herbs, or two propagation cuttings. The shared vessel means both sides get watered at once, so don't mix a thirsty plant with a drought-tolerant one.
Does it have drainage?
Check the product images — if drainage isn't shown, plan on plants that tolerate careful watering without a drain hole (succulents, air plants, propagation cuttings). Water sparingly.
Where does it fit best?
Kitchen windowsills for herb pairings, bookshelves for small houseplant duos, or on a bedside as a propagation station. The 10-inch-wide footprint is narrower than most surfaces can accommodate.
Dune or Black?
Dune disappears quietly into most kitchens and reads as a ceramic texture more than a colour. Black is the contrast pick — grounds the plants visually and reads more modern. Slight glaze variation between pieces.
Can the plants be different heights?
Yes — that's often when it looks best. A taller cutting paired with a low succulent gives the planter visual rhythm. Just keep water needs compatible.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. Below that threshold, live rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Made-to-order and pre-order pieces carry their own lead times, noted on the product page. Please note lead times do not include transit. Delays due to carrier volume or weather are outside our control.
