A quiet circle of warm light on the wall, barely wider than your hand—this small ceramic wall sconce proves that compact fixtures can still set the tone. The Monroe Sconce Small by Misewell is the petite version of the original Monroe, built for tight spaces.

Every body is hand-thrown in a Wisconsin ceramics studio. You choose from 17 glaze colours, the widest range in the Monroe family. Glazes run from bright coral to deep navy to classic bone white. Each is applied by hand, so no two sconces are exactly alike.

The smaller footprint is deliberate. It fits beside a narrow bed, inside a powder room, or flanking a hallway mirror where a standard sconce would feel crowded. The projection from the wall is minimal.

Construction matches the full-size Monroe. High-fired stoneware ceramic resists moisture and chipping. The shade filters light into a soft, even glow. Plug-in and hardwired options are both available.

Use it solo as a reading light or in pairs for symmetry. The reduced scale makes it practical in spaces other sconces cannot reach. It sits flush, glows warm, and disappears into the architecture of the room.
